What are the best tools and services for generating high-quality B2B sales leads?

I have been generating outbound B2B sales leads for more than 10 years. That’s why I think I am qualified enough to answer this question.

Currently, I am working on two projects. 1st — generating leads for QA & Software Testing services. 2nd — Accounting Software.

I generate 5–6 qualified leads on a daily basis. I will share the process later in this answer, first I must talk about the best tools to generate high-quality B2B sales leads.

Note — This blog is based on personal experience.

I would suggest the following tools:

1 ZoomInfo

2 Snovio

I use ZoomInfo to get buyer intent data, If you don’t know about buyer intent data, I try to elaborate in a couple of lines.

buyer intent data consists of the customers/clients who are actively looking for products or services like yours.

Exp: If someone wants to sell a CRM to those companies which are based out of New York City, have 500+ employees and earn over 300 million in revenue.

So, whenever any of the decision-makers from such companies show interest in CRM, ZoomInfo will share his information with me with all the required details such as phone number, email id, job title, company, location, etc.

This type of data is like a “gold mine” if you are in a competitive market and want to close big-ticket size deals.

Along with Buyer Intent Data, ZoomInfo offers the cleanest and ready-to-use cold calling and cold emailing database.

2 Snovio

I have been using Snovio since 2016–17, I can not perform my job without this super tool.

Snovio is a LinkedIn email extractor. The best part, it extracts all the search results in just a few clicks that too very quickly.

Exp: 1000 email extraction in 10–15 minutes. Because it works on auto-pilot mode, this is why I need not visit every search page to export the results.

Snovio provides the best data quality, with about 98% accuracy rate in “valid category.

Now Outbound B2B lead generation process:

Once I get the information from ZoomInfo about interested companies who are looking for products/services like mine.

I approach them by making cold calls or sending very specific emails in a problem-solving manner.

If your approach is right, prospects respond with “want to know more”. From here onwards our sales cycle began.

Along with Buyer Intent Data, I send 600–700 emails on a daily basis to the RPC (right party contact) with the help of Snovio. As this tool extracts thousands of emails in just a few minutes that is why I am able to send a that big number of emails regularly.

I receive 12–15 positive responses per day from this campaign. Some of them are Hot, some required nurturing.

At the end of the day, I always have genuine hot leads who are ready to buy the products/services I present.

Note:

  • For cold emailing, always use Gsuit account, with spreadsheet and mail merge. I have been using Mailmeteor, which offers 1500 mails per day in the paid version, the free version offers 150 emails per day.
  • Minimize the bounce rate for better ROI (Not more than 5%)

Following the above-mentioned process, I am 100% sure you will be able to generate more leads than ever before.
